Sierra Nevada’s Torpedo Beer Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz Torpedo Extra IPA

  • 1/2 pound Aged Farmstead White Cheddar (diced)

  • 1/2 pound Cream Cheese

  • 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard or Sierra Nevada’s Porter Mustard

  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped Garlic

  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

  1. Using a food processor, pulse the cheddar until pea-sized.

  2. Add all remaining ingredients except Torpedo

  3. Resume pulsing until all ingredients are well mixed

  4. While Processor runs, slowly add Torpedo until the mixture is a smooth puree

  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  6. Pour cheese into a baking dish & place in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown
